Velo Mallorca embraces cutting-edge biomechanics with Idmatch and CDC Sport

Few collaborations reflect this better than the one we've recently carried out with Velo Mallorca, a premium cycling store located in one of Europe’s top cycling destinations: the island of Mallorca.

Advanced technology for a premium service

Velo Mallorca was already using Idmatch tools, the biomechanical division of Selle Italia, but has taken things a step further by implementing the most complete and advanced Idmatch system. Thanks to this upgrade, the store can now offer its customers state-of-the-art, highly accurate and fully personalised biomechanical studies to improve their performance, posture and comfort on the bike.

Alongside the implementation of the Idmatch system, we at CDC Sport also supported Velo Mallorca with a store image update. With themed décor featuring Idmatch and Selle Italia, the space now sends a clear message: this is a place where high-level cycling lives and breathes.

The store now also features a prominent display of Selle Italia’s high-performance saddles, strengthening the connection between biomechanical analysis and the final product. It’s the perfect synergy, enabling technically sound advice and turning every visit into a consistent and professional experience.

GCN en Español chooses Velo Mallorca for its biomechanical content

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing real value to our clients, we brought in another top-level partner: GCN en Español, the international cycling media reference.

Velo Mallorca was chosen as the setting for several days of filming and production of themed content about biomechanics, carried out by GCN with the support of Borja Andreu, Brand Manager for Selle Italia in Spain, Andorra and Portugal. These contents will be released throughout 2025 across GCN’s platforms, putting Velo Mallorca on the media map and reinforcing its image as a cutting-edge technical store, while gaining exposure among thousands of cyclists seeking quality and expert advice.
