Alpinestars, Forestal and Riders Boutique join forces for a test day in Barcelona

The perfect combination of innovation, a passion for gravity disciplines, and a privileged setting led to a unique event in Barcelona on 30 May. Driven by CDC Sport and through a three-way collaboration, Alpinestars, Forestal and the specialist store Riders Boutique Barcelona organised a test day for a small group of clients, aiming to deliver a high-level, personalised experience.

The choice of setting was no coincidence: the iconic trails of the Collserola mountains, nestled in the green heart of the Catalan capital, provided the ideal terrain to test both the equipment and the bikes. A natural environment with a variety of trails, technical sections, and fast descents allowed participants to assess the real-world performance of the products in different situations.

Bernat Guardia, DH legend, brought added value to the event with his professional expertise.

A highlight of the day was the presence of a legendary figure in our local DH scene. Bernat Guardia boasts four Elite Spanish Championships and several top-10 finishes in World Cup events. His participation added significant value to the event, providing tips, riding support, and a professional insight into the performance of the protective gear being tested – gear he helped develop as a collaborator with Alpinestars.

More than just a test day, this gathering was a clear demonstration of what can be achieved when three leading brands work in synergy towards a common goal: elevating the rider’s experience through quality, innovation, and personalised attention.
